Suction Pad Scanner Technology

Brush Technology
Experience superior liquid filtration with a fully automatic, self-cleaning filter system equipped with brush technology. Designed to filter liquids with hard and coarser solids or sediment, this high-performance system can be installed inline or bypass, depending on process needs. The filter screens, available in various stainless steel types or with a Nylon filter cloth, offer micronage from 25 to 3,000 microns. Upon detecting a pressure difference increase, the system self-cleans as brushes scrape the filter surface, removing contamination. This versatile solution is ideal for multiple industries and uses FDA-approved, European-produced filter materials.
Nozzle Autojet Technologies
This fully automatic self-cleaning filter system employs spray nozzle technology, ideal for industrial applications handling liquids with solid, sticky or viscous particles. Available in various micronages and materials, the filter screens are equipped with self-cleaning operations based on pressure difference or time control. The system is available in Y-Shape, L-Shape, and O-Shape versions, making it versatile for a range of industries from petrochemical to wastewater treatment.
Cyclone Separator
This cyclonic filter is a high-quality filtration system designed to efficiently remove solids from liquid streams, making it particularly suitable for filtering sand from water. Its operation is based on creating a centrifugal stream that pushes the solids to the filter’s outer circumference. The cleared liquid then exits the system. With an efficiency between 85 and 92%, its effectiveness can be increased by placing multiple separators in series. It’s a versatile solution, applicable across various industries from petrochemical to food & beverage and wastewater treatment. All filter materials used are FDA approved.
